Banyan Tree Thai Restaurant

I reserved a table for 5, got there and no table was reserved. When I reserved a table I asked for one inside with no wind drafts, we were seated with terrible cold wind drafts throughout the night, the heaters were near but we wre still cold. Ordered the food and one meal didn't come, they said they "forgot it", as everyone was almost finished, he was given the meal in a takeaway container, but when he got home the meal was different to what he ordered. The service of this restaurant is so terrible. I will add though, that the food that did arrive, was actually very good.
